United Community Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Kenna Stock to its Board of Directors in Rome, Georgia.

“Kenna is an accomplished business leader in our community, and we are confident she will add great value to our Board of Directors,” said Steve Kemp, Northwest Georgia Regional President of United Community Bank. “United will benefit from her insights, judgment and counsel and we look forward to her contributions.”

Ms. Stock currently serves as chief executive officer for Harbin Clinic in Rome, where she is responsible for day-to-day management decisions and more. Harbin Clinic is Georgia’s largest physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic with more than 220 providers across more than 30 specialties in 17 locations throughout Northwest Georgia. Since 1870, the Harbin family has practiced medicine in the region, founding the Harbin Hospital in 1908 in Rome. That hospital grew into the present Harbin Clinic, which cares for thousands of patients each day.

Ms. Stock joined the Harbin Clinic in 1999 and previously was executive director, chief operating officer and business office director throughout the years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Lindenwood University and her master’s in business administration from Shorter University.

“It is an honor to have been invited to join United’s Board of Directors,” said Ms. Stock. “It brings me great pleasure to be a part of an organization that is so invested in our community, and I am eager to collaborate with other business leaders in the region as a representative of United Community Bank.”

Ms. Stock is a member of the Rome Rotary Club, serves as a board member on the Mercy Care Rome board of directors as well as the Georgia Northwestern Technical College board of directors. Additionally, she is involved in the Berry College Campbell School of Business Executive Advisory Council.
