ServiceMaster welcomes Tonya Faith Murphy to its staff as a project coordinator. According to a statement released by ServiceMaster, “Murphy will be a wonderful addition to the team, where she will oversee the daily details of mitigation for her service areas. Her background in administrative supervision and customer service will be an asset.”
Murphy comes from a background in banking, having served at a number of local banks in various capacities including customer service, teller supervisor, loan administrative assistant, and branch operations manager. Most recently, Murphy served at First National Bank of Chattooga County as a banking officer before moving to ServiceMaster.
Murphy has completed multiple courses sponsored by the Georgia Banker’s Association, the Community Banker’s Association, and The American Institute of Banking including accounting I, consumer and commercial lending documentation, foundations of leadership, the ultimate management supervisor’s course and customer service representative training.
Murphy has been the past co-chair of the American Red Cross Hero’s Services and is active in the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce.
