Physicians graduate from Floyd’s Family Medicine Residency Program

Eight physicians have graduated from Floyd’s Family Medicine Residency Program. The graduates are Timothy A. Clark, M.D., Lyndsay B. Claroni, D.O., Amanda K. Cummins, D.O., Christopher K. Knitig, D.O., Erin H. Meeks, M.D., Amanda F. Reeves, D.O., Dominic V. Sanniti, D.O. and Jessica B. Stepp, D.O.

The Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program trains physicians in the specialty of family medicine. The program provides three years of academic and clinical post-doctoral education to medical school graduates and offers hands-on experience to residents in preparation for full-time medical careers as physicians.

Dr. Clark earned his medical doctorate from Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. He is joining the medical staff at Polk Medical Center in Cedartown.

Dr. Claroni is joining Floyd’s Primary Care network, practicing medicine at Floyd Primary Care in Taylorsville. She earned her medical doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suwanee, Georgia.

Dr. Cummins earned her medical doctorate from University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, Pikeville, Kentucky. She will practice family medicine with the Gateway Medical Group in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Dr. Knitig earned his medical doctorate from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Fort Worth, Texas. He will practice family medicine at Harbin Clinic Family Practice in Cartersville.

Dr. Meeks is joining the medical staff at the Emory Clark-Holder Clinic in LaGrange. She earned her medical doctorate from Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine, Augusta, Georgia.

Dr. Reeves earned her medical doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suwanee, Georgia. She is joining the medical staff at Northwest Georgia Medical Clinic in Rome.

Dr. Sanniti will practice family medicine at Middlefield Family Practice in Middlefield, Ohio. He earned his medical doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suwanee, Georgia.

Dr. Stepp is joining the Floyd Primary Care network and will be practicing family medicine at Floyd Primary Care in Taylorsville. She earned her medical doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Suwanee, Georgia.
