What is the primary purpose of your business? To offer reasonable rates for manufactured homes.

What is the business background of the owners? Over 20 years of sales, transporting and set-up of manufactured housing.

Why did you start (or purchase) this particular business? Having moved manufactured homes for centers out of Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia, I thought it would be nice to bring a center back to Rome. Also, I am able to offer our customers their sales, delivery and set-up without dealing with several outside helpers.

What makes your business unique? We offer full service and we’re the only manufactured home center within 50 miles.

What do you enjoy most about your chosen profession? Customer satisfaction.

What has been the biggest or most interesting challenge to overcome as a small business owner? Being able to set up with a wide variety of financial options.
