Smyrna Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men accused of robbing a South Cobb Drive business Tuesday morning.

The armed robbery occurred about 11:20 a.m. at the All Virgin Hair store at 4924 South Cobb Drive, north of Church Road and Highlands Parkway Southeast. One man entered the store brandishing a black handgun and demanded money from the cash register, but the employee was unable to open the register. Another man entered the store with a bandanna across his face and began putting wigs and bundles of hair into a black bag before grabbing all the employees’ cellphones and car keys, according to Heather Knight, public information officer for Smyrna Police.

The first suspect was described as a black man in his mid- to late 20s, 5 feet, 11 inches to 6 feet tall with a thin build and wearing a black sweatshirt with a white undershirt, red shorts and red shoes. The second suspect, also described as a black man in his mid- to late 20s, was believed to be between 5 feet, 7 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a thin build and the bottom of his face covered.

Both fled in an older model silver/tan Crown Victoria with extremely dark tinted windows and steel wheels with chrome center caps.

Anyone with information that could assist investigators is asked to call 770-434-6666.
