Sonoraville High senior Jennilee Gentry (seated, center) signed a basketball scholarship on Tuesday with Truett-McConnell (Cleveland, Ga).

Gentry said of the signing: "Ever since I was little, I've wanted to play in college so this is a big accomplishment for me. The opportunity to play college ball is a goal I really wanted to earn. I really liked the Christian atmosphere (at Truett-McConnell). I felt comfortable there, and everyone was so welcoming."
