The Wolves won a close region game in overtime on the road.
Rome got their offense started late as Dylan Horne scored a clutch goal with an assist from Selvin Cornejo in the 63rd minute of play to tie the game at 1-1.
The game was sent into overtime, and Justin Van Riper, with an assist from Kelvin Cano, scored in the second overtime period to seal the win.
Rome had 16 total shots on goal on the night. Keeper Jimmy Franklin kept the Wolves in the game with two important saves in goal.
Rome coach Chris Cochran noted strong play from Jimmy Nolasco, Ivan Fortanel, Elijah Donner and Hampton Cauthen.
The Wolves are now 8-5 overall, 4-4 in the region and will travel to Villa Rica on Tuesday.
