The Georgia School for the Deaf saw some improvements in their offense and special teams during Thursday’s 66-14 loss to Shiloh Hills Christian in Kennesaw.
Jonathan Petersen scored a 7-yard run, and Josh McTaggart scored on a 70-yar kickoff return.
“We played better this week than we did last week,” said GSD coach Erik Whitworth. “We’re going in the right direction.”
Other standouts in the game were Rakeem Johnson and Carlose Estrada.
The Tigers (0-2) next face People’s Baptist Academy in McDonough on Thursday.
