The winning streak of the Gordon Lee Trojans reached 13 games on Wednesday as the Navy-and-White took down North Cobb Christian, 7-1, in a Region 6-A game in Kennesaw.

Gordon Lee (18-1, 10-1) led 2-1 after five innings, but blew the game open with a four-run sixth inning. They tacked on one insurance run in the seventh to seal the victory.

Connor Coakley, Daniel Brooks, and Cody Wilson each had two hits. Coakley had two RBIs, while Wilson drove in one. Adam Vandiver was 1 for 2 with two RBIs, and Brooks scored two of the Trojans runs. Branton Phillips added a double and knocked in two runs.

Jake Rogers picked up the win, working the first five innings while giving up three hits, one earned run and three walks with four strikeouts. Landon O'Neal pitched the final two innings, allowing two hits and a walk with three strikeouts.

Rabon Martin suffered the loss for the Eagles (5-10, 1-8), while Dylan Crumbley had three of his team's five hits.

Gordon Lee will host Christian Heritage on Friday, starting at 5 p.m. They will go on the road next Monday and Tuesday for games at Mt. Zion and Trion.
