Terar Stewart (Darlington), Co-Player of the Year: Stewart, a senior, averaged 14.1 points per game while shooting 59 percent from the floor. She averaged 9.2 rebounds per game and notched 13 double-doubles. She was named to the Holiday Festival All-Festival team, the Region 6-A All-Region team, was named the NW Georgia Player of the Year for Darlington and was Honorable Mention on the all-State team. Stewart played a total of 118 career games and is the program’s all-time leading scorer. She finished with 1,774 career points and 1,170 career rebounds.
Taylor Palmer (Calhoun), Co-Player of the Year: Palmer, a senior, helped lead the Lady Jackets to their first Elite Eight berth in school history. She led the team with 14.1 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Palmer finished with 55 steals and 36 total blocks. She was named Region 7-AA Player of the Year and the NW Georgia Tipoff Club Co-Player of the Year. Palmer finished her high school career with 1,527 points and 1,027 rebounds, the only player in program history to reach over 1,000 in both.
Karlee Akin (Model): Akin, a senior, averaged 9.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game and collected 1,167 career points. Akin was an integral part of a Model squad that earned a state tourney berth.
Maggie Beth Atha (Darlington): The junior averaged 10.6 points, 4.9 assists, 2.4 steals and 3.9 rebounds per game. She was named to the Holiday Festival All-Festival team and the 6-A All-Region team. Atha helped lead Darlington to the Elite 8.
Bailey Brock (Darlington): Brock, a senior, averaged 7.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game. She helped lead Darlington to its Elite Eight bid. Her honors include being part of the Holiday Festival All-Festival team and a NW Georgia Tipoff Club Player of the Month.
Carrie Cheeks (Sonoraville): Cheeks, a junior, was part of a Sonoraville team that won the 5-AAA title and secured a Sweet 16 bid in the state tournament. She averaged 16 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game, notching 12 double-doubles. Cheeks was chosen as a member of the GACA North Junior All-Star team.
Carla Clemmons (Model): The senior, who collected 1,005 career points, posted an average of 10.3 points, 6.4 rebounds and two blocks per game this season. Clemmons collected 54 blocked shots this season, and was named to the Holiday Festival All-Festival team.
Carly Curtis (Calhoun): The senior finished with an average of 9.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. Curtis, who finished with 960 career points, was MVP of the LaFayette Christmas Tournament and was named to the 7-AA All-Region team.
Astri Dupree (Rome): The senior ended the season with a double-double average of 17 points and 12 rebounds per game. She also averaged three steals and two assists per game. She was named to Holiday Festival All-Festival team and the 5-AAAAA All-Region second team.
JessAnn Nix (Armuchee): The junior posted 353 total points this past season with an average of 12.6 points per game. Nix also averaged three assists, three steals and four rebounds per game. Nix was named to the Holiday Festival all-Festival team and helped lead Armuchee to its first-round state-tourney bid.
Molly Palmer (Calhoun): As a junior, Palmer shot 46.9 percent from the floor, picking up an average of 7.7 points per game this season. Palmer also averaged 6.9 rebounds and led the Lady Yellow Jackets in steals with 61 total, 2.2 average. She also picked up 57 blocks and 41 assists. Palmer helped lead the Lady Jackets to their first ever Elite Eight berth in school history.
Timia Reynolds (Model): The Lady Devil senior ended the season with an average of 15.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, three steals and 1.8 assists per game. Reynolds was 66 percent from the free-throw line, 30 percent from 3-point range and scored her career-high of 26 points this past season. The senior also collected a milestone 1,203 points in three high school seasons. Reynolds was named to the Holiday Festival all-Festival team and helped lead the Lady Devils to their first-round state-tourney bid.
Payton Smith (Sonoraville): The senior averaged 11.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 5.7 steals per game this season. She recorded at least eight steals in nine games and notched a triple-double in the Region 5-AAA championship game, which Sonoraville won, in points, steals and assists. Smith helped lead the Lady Phoenix to the Sweet 16 and recently signed with Reinhardt.
Erin Wilder (Pepperell): As a sophomore, Wilder averaged 9.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
Tori Willingham (Chattooga): The senior averaged 11 points, six rebounds and five assists per game.
