College signings: Calhoun's Green, Anthony sign to play at Shorter

Green said of the signing: "What I like the most is the opportunity to get another ring because they know how to win there, and it's close to home. The most important thing is that I'm getting my education paid for."

Also attending the signing were: brother Isaac Green (front row, from left), sister Hannah Green, father Greg Green, mother Alice Green, wrestling coach Dale Hales, assistant football coach Tommie Hoblitzell, assistant football coach Dain Clark, assistant football coach Sam Robison, head coach Hal Lamb, assistant coach Chase Arnold and team chaplain Jason Fuller.

Anthony said of the signing: "It's a blessing. Playing college football is something I've dreamed of since I was little. I visited Shorter, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. I feel like I fit in well there."
