The Polk County Board of Education is gathering in a special called session on Wednesday afternoon, and will immediately be going into an executive session for a discussion.

The meeting is set for 5:30 p.m. at the Polk School District Central office on South College Street in Cedartown in the board meeting room, but they will immediately adjourn to go into a closed session.
