Rockmart High School recently got a book donation for their media center from a local author and business owner hoping to spread his program for creating leaders in the community.

Zach Thomas, owner and operator of the Rockmart Chick-fil-A, recently presented a copy of his book "Leader Farming: Growing Leaders to Grow Your Business," to the Rockmart High School media center.

Thomas is a Cedartown High School graduate who attended the U.S. Military Academy and served as an Army Ranger instructor, developed the Leader Farming strategy which transformed his Chick-fil-A team.

In his book, Thomas addresses the challenges many business leaders face to give employers the edge they need in a changing workforce.
