County commissioners, Rockmart leaders, Sheriff Johnny Moats and public works officials gather to celebrate the new Public Works facility with a formal ceremony.

The Public Works facility completed earlier this year is now in full operations, with some items still left at the old building.

The $1.5 million facility features a six-bay work space for mechanics, new offices for officials, a larger fenced-in parking area and a whole range of new tools and equipment inside.
