Wanda and Graham Taff

Wanda Taff and son, Graham, enjoy the first moments of the new car.

Wanda Taff likes having a new car, especially when it’s free.

Well, her new Chevy Cruze wasn’t really free. Wanda Taff, who has a Mary Kay business in Cedartown, earned the car recently as a result of her outstanding achievements in her business.

“I feel blessed beyond belief to earn the Chevy Cruze,” Taff said. “I truly look forward to the many more cars that I will earn and continuing to work for such a true Go Give company where we are encouraged to put God first, family second and career third.”

Taff took delivery of her new car, the second one in her Mary Kay career, at Mike Bell Chevrolet, Carrollton on July 5.

The Mary Kay Career Car Program includes a white Chevy Cruze, a black Chevy Equinox, a black Toyota Camry, a black BMW 320i, and the iconic and coveted pearlized pink Cadillac, a signature color to the Mary Kay career car program.

“Cars earned by the independent sales force through this exciting program serve as a symbol of their hard work and success in their Mary Kay businesses,” said Darrell Overcash, president of Mary Kay Inc. U.S.

Since the Mary Kay Career Car Program’s inception in 1969, more than 144,000 independent sales force members have qualified or re-qualified to earn the use of a Mary Kay career car. Currently, 6,032 Mary Kay career cars are on the road nationwide.
