The Georgia Department of Labor’s (GDOL) Cedartown Career Center will help Randstad recruit 12 machine operators to work in Haralson county.

The recruitment will be held on Tuesday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the career center located at 262 North Park Blvd. in Cedartown.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old.

A high school diploma, or a General Education Diploma (GED), is required.

All applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40 hours a week, along with passing a criminal background check.

Salaries range from $10 to $10.45 an hour, depending on experience.

GDOL to continue hosting monthly recruitment

The Georgia Department of Labor’s (GDOL) Cedartown Career Center will continue to host its monthly recruitment for Day Star Staffing to hire a total of 20 quality inspectors and machine operators to work in Bremen.

The recruitment will be held on Wednesday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the career center located at 262 North Park Blvd. in Cedartown.

Recruitments will continue monthly unless otherwise noted.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma, or General Education Diploma (GED), is required.

Applicants are required to be dependable, reliable, have basic math skills and can lift as much as 25 pounds.
