The Cherokee Golf and Country Club, 150 Club Drive, Cedartown has an upcoming Winter Bazaar and all of Polk is invited.
On Saturday, Feb. 24, countless vendors will set up shop to sell everything from Jewelry, accessories, home décor, books, purses, shoes, clothing, canvas paintings, antique china, fresh Hawaiin flowers, and much more from 8 a.m. through 12 p.m.
Locals are invited to be a part of the process whether buying or selling, and table rentals are still available. Those interested in setting up shop and selling their special craft can call organizer Cory Huskins at 706-853-1926.
“60’ rounds are $20, and 3’ by 3’ tables are $10,” Huskins said. “Vendors will keep all proceeds. The vendors are limited to selling wardrobe accessories, hand-made crafts, gently used home décor, and jewelry.”
Outside food and drinks are prohibited at the Bazaar, but citizens can find plenty of snacks and beverages at the event. To find the club, turn onto Cherokee Rd. from Highway 27, take a left onto N. College Dr., and then take the first left onto Club Drive.
Later on March 17, the club will be hosting a fashion show and luncheon. The event will be presented by GG’s Boutique and the Salon of Rockmart, and proceeds will go to benefit the Polk County Humane Society. Tickets are $20, and Huskins is currently taking table reservations at the above number.
