Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office report: Dec. 6-12, 2013

The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Dec. 6-12, answered 1,196 calls, including 64 that were booked on a total of 118 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Wayne Wesley Graham, 52, of 1400 Dale Crest Court, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 6 for theft by shoplifting. Graham was released on $2,500 bond.

Terry Anthony Kincer Jr., 31, of 30 Orchard Ave., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 6 for bench warrant for possession of Schedule II drugs, bench warrant and bond surrender for theft by shoplifting.

Melissa Robin Ann Lane, 26, of 206 Woodlawn Drive, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 6 for two counts of forgery first degree. Lane was released on $7,000 bond.

Lindsay Nicole Wheat, 26, of 130 Back Draft Lane, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 8 for driving on revoked or suspended license and probation violation for financial identity fraud.

Heather Brooke Kuykendall, 28, of 637 W Garden Farm Road, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 9 for probation violation for burglary.

Radnor Mark Prunier, 49, of 431 Clark Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Dec. 9 for probation violation for possession of Schedule II drugs.

Sarah Kay Stewart, 23, of 584 Pine Grove Access Road, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 9 for burglary first degree. Stewart was released on $1,000 bond.

Timothy Charles Clark, 20, of 650 Neal Drive, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 10 for probation violation for possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute.

Randy Carroll Curtis, 49, of 601 James St. Lot 104, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 10 for distribution of Schedule III drugs. Curtis was released on $7,500 bond.

David Dewayne Hicks, 31, of 52 Wolf St., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 10 for terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass under the family violence act. Bond has been set at $4,000.

Rhonda Marie Hood, 46, of 46 Lakewood Drive, Summerville, was arrested Dec. 10 for probation violation for possession of Schedule II drugs.

Robert Pope Morris, 25, of 71 Spring Meadows, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 10 for bench warrant for false imprisonment.

John Mack Scroggins, 39, of 3210 Broad St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 10 for Probation Violation for Burglary.

Natasha Nicole Eubanks, 26, of 407 Park Lake Road, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 11 for possession of Schedule IV drugs, bench warrant for forgery first degree and bench warrant for theft by shoplifting. No bond has been set. Eubanks remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Aaron Blake Hedgepath, 21, of 1671 W Three Notch Road, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 11 for two counts of forgery second degree, driving on revoked or suspended license and proof of insurance required. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Jerry Lee McMath, 40, of 407 Park Lake Road, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 11 for bench warrant for two counts of obstruction or hindering law enforcement.

Jonathan Corey Miller, 30, of 1305 Boyd St., West Ridge, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 11 for probation violation for possession of Schedule II drugs.

Stephen Cole Morgan, 22, of 421 Misty Ridge Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 11 for fugitive from justice and hold for Hamilton County, Tenn. Sheriff’s Office. Morgan waived extradition and was turned over to Hamilton County, Tenn. Sheriff’s Office.

Sherry Ann Ramos, 30, of 118 Daphne Lane, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 11. 2013 for obtaining controlled substances by fraud. Ramos was released on $5,000 bond.

Matthew Howard Sweat, 34, of 118 Daphne Lane, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 11 for obtaining controlled substances by fraud and hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office.

John Byron Bishop, 58, of 1005 Park City Road, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 12 for theft by shoplifting. Bishop was released on $2,500 bond.

Christopher Andrew Crider, 19, of 58 Mill Stone Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 12 for burglary first degree. Crider was released on $5,000 bond.

Randall Lee Frazier, 28, 100 Cherry St., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 12 for Burglary first degree. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Stephen Samuel McCulligh, 31, of 40 Helen Ave., Rossville, was arrested Dec. 12 for Forgery first degree, possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of a firearm by convicted felon and driving on revoked or suspended license.

Jesse Andrew McNeese, 27, of 2175 Hwy 95, Rock Springs, was arrested Dec. 12 for probation violation for entering an auto.

Randall Eugene Mitchell, 30, of 553 Haggard Road, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 12 for possession of Schedule II drugs.
