The Heritage girls' tennis team moved to 3-1 overall after a 5-0 home win over Gordon Lee on Thursday.

Caroline Horsley picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win over Jill Bradenburg at No. 1 singles. Emma Lokey won at No. 2 singles with a 6-1, 7-5 win over K.G. McElhaney, while Maleah McAllister scored a 6-2, 6-2 victory over MaKenzie Bailey at No. 3 singles.

In doubles, Katelyn Burns and Erin Hulsey beat Caanan Burnett and Bethany Underwood, 6-2, 6-1, at No. 1 doubles, while Morgan Phillips and Bailey Christol won 6-0, 6-0 over Chloe Dockery and Jheri Finch.

In boys' action, the Generals also scored a 5-0 win over the Trojans.

Leo Peace beat Ryan McCurdy, 6-0, 6-1, at No. 1 singles. Tim Grayson picked up a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles against Garrison Heiden, while Davis Kilgo beat Erilk Olofsson,6-0, 6-1, at No. 3 singles.

In doubles action, the team of Blake Richardson and Ethan Bone defeated Owen Frost and Bradley Stoker, 6-2, 6-1, while Cooper Terry and Eric Wootten won by forfeit at No 2 doubles.

Heritage is now 3-1 on the season.
