The Saddle Ridge JV Mustangs got six points from Nick Green in overtime and pulled out a 38-36 home win over LaFayette on Monday night.
Cole Spears had nine first-quarter points for Saddle Ridge, who enjoyed a 17-13 lead at halftime. The Ramblers would fight back to take the lead in the second half, but Spears banked in a 3-pointer in the closing seconds to send the game to overtime, tied at 29.
Jackson Nicholson added three points in the extra session for the Mustangs. Spears finished with 16 points to go with four rebounds and a pair of steals, while Nicholson had nine points.
Other contributors included Jaiden Smith and Matthew Fry, who each had four boards and one steal, and Eathen Guffey, who grabbed three rebounds.
Dawson Pendergrass had 13 points for LaFayette. Zach Barrett added 11, while Grant Langford and Sam Hall added six points each.
