The Ringgold boys are now 7-0 overall record and 3-0 in Region 6-AAA play after a decisive 63-18 win over Haralson County on Wednesday.
Jackson House had 13 points and Corey Johnson added 12 points and five rebounds in the blowout victory. Ammon Murphy added seven points and a dozen boards, while Logan Hullender added 10 points.
In the girls’ matchup, Ringgold trailed by just three points, 32-29, at halftime. However, the powerful Lady Rebels would outscore the Lady Tigers 36-16 in the second half to claim a 68-45 victory in a contest in Tallapoosa.
Claire Robinson had 20 points to lead four Haralson County players in double figures.
Lauren Terrell had 16 points for Ringgold, including four 3-pointers. Rachel Akers had 11 of her 13 points in the first half, while Maggie Reed scored all seven of her points in the second quarter.
