LFO Warriors

The LFO Lady Warriors opened up 33-19 lead at intermission and went on to a 54-45 victory at Trion in a non-region game on Tuesday.

Macey Gregg had another big game for the Red-and-White with 24 points, eight rebounds and five steals. Milijah Williams had 12 points, followed by Ali Kelley with 11. Zarria Nelson had a solid night with eight assists and seven rebounds.

LFO (3-1) recorded 13 steals and forced 25 turnovers on the night.

Shayla Youngblood had 12 points and eight boards for the Lady Bulldogs, while Shelby Carlock had nine points and 17 boards.

Trion boys 67, LFO 50

The Bulldogs used a significant height advantage and beat the Warriors in the nightcap.

Jarrett Gill had 23 points for Trion, followed by Jayce Harris with 16.

For LFO (0-4), Ruddy Ware finished with 19 points. Patryk Gilbert picked up 12 points, while Jacob King added eight.

LFO will host Calhoun on Friday, starting at 7 p.m.
