On Tuesday, June 2, agents with the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force conducted follow-up investigations on Crest Drive, Chickamauga. The investigations were based on numerous complaints of suspicious activity occurring at multiple residences on Crest Drive.

Agents arrested Robin Dacia Clowers, 42, of 901 Crest Drive after she was found to be in possession of “ice” methamphetamine and marijuana.

While at 901 Crest Drive, a vehicle that had been included in the complaints attempted to pull in the driveway, and then sped away as they noticed law enforcement officers.

Agents attempted to catch up to the vehicle, an object was tossed from the passenger side, and a white male leapt from the vehicle and fled on foot. The container was located by agents and found to contain “ice” methamphetamine and numerous oxycodone (Schedule II) tablets.

None of the subjects in the vehicle claimed any knowledge of the illegal drugs. The subject that fled from the vehicle, identified as Drew Dillon Leonard, 26, of 949 Swanson Road, Ringgold, was later apprehended at 919 Crest Drive and placed under arrest. Leonard was also found to have felony drug warrants through Whitfield County.

The other occupants of the vehicle were also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone. They are identified as: Chadwick Shaye Clowers, 21, of 901 Crest Drive, Chickamauga; Lauren Lashay Hardiman, 26, of 1339 Old Chattanooga Valley Road, Flintstone; Richard Edward Ogden, 22, No. 6 Chicken Dave Road, Whitwell, Tenn.

Additionally, a follow-up investigation was conducted at 919 Crest Drive. Resident Matthew Todd Alexander, 36, was found to be in possession of marijuana (misdemeanor). An additional suspect, identified as Tiffany Joan Van Pelt, 27, was located hiding in a closet in a rear bedroom.
