Police arrested an intoxicated LaFayette man after he was reportedly passed out outside beer store.
According to LaFayette Police Department reports:
On Saturday, Oct. 18, about 9:45 p.m., Randy Lee Wallin, 49, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he was found lying on his back near the dumpster at the Alpine 2, a beer store off South Chattanooga Street.
Cpl. Dustin Clift observed an empty 24-ounce Steele Reserve beer can near Wallin. His 1976 Ford F-100 was parked in the alleyway behind the store, Clift said in the report.
The driver’s side window was busted out and broken glass was lying in the floorboard area.
Wallin was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
