Sonoraville High competition cheerleaders are back on the mats this year with new head coach Ginger Reeves and new assistant coach Taylor Kile. The Lady Phoenix opened the season on a high note with a first-place finish at the Pepperell Invitational this past Saturday, finishing ahead of second-place Cass. The team is pictured with their first-place trophy.

“The coaches are very proud of all the hard work, dedication and teamwork demonstrated,” said Reeves.

The Lady Phoenix will compete again in the JV division at Ringgold High School on September 30.

This year’s team members include: Freshmen Keslei Craddock, Kailee Bearden, Natalie Knight, Raven Passley and Kelsee Phillips; Sophomores Hailey Robinson, Kourtney Semon and Mariah Key; Juniors Faith Austin, Alea Logan and Kelly Rule; Seniors Anna Bramlett, Audrey Carroll, Kirsten Gordon, Ivie Parker and Brianna Towers.
