Calhoun Middle / High School will welcome Brock Holley to its administrative team for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. Dr. Coombe interviewed internal leadership candidates earlier this week and has recommended Holley to serve as an assistant principal.
Holley has served at the elementary, middle and high school levels. He began his teaching career as an elementary special education teacher before moving to Calhoun High School in the same role. He currently serves grades 6-12 as the lead special education teacher and has led this department for the past two years. Mr. Holley holds a bachelors degree in education and a masters degree in special education from Georgia College with a performance-based leadership specialist degree (EdS) from the University of West Georgia. He is currently applying for candidacy as a doctoral student at Georgia State University.
