There were children in both vehicles during the incident. Investigating detectives believe that the incident stemmed from a domestic disturbance that began at the couple’s home. T
he woman subsequently identified as one Natacha Alexandra Taylor, 40, of 571 Schoolhouse Road, was arrested at the scene without incident and has been charged with five counts of aggravated assault and seven counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
