Students are required to bring paper and a pencil or pen to each session. They must also bring their learner’s permit with them.

The class limit is 25 students. The first applications turned in with the deposits will be assured a spot in the class.

Registration for the course costs $250. A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be turned in with the application. The balance will be due on the first day of class.

Checks should be made payable to G.C.B.O.E.-Community Education.

Applications should be turned in a week ahead of the class date. Applications and deposits can be turned into either school. Turn them in to Ms. Steward at Gordon Central or Ms. White at Sonoraville. They can also be handed in to the Transportation Department on Dews Pond Road to Dr. Gina Daniel or Pam Stewart.

An application can be printed at gcbe.org. Click on the “Students” tab, then the “Driver’s Education” button.

Classes that fail to meet the minimum number of students will be cancelled. If the class is cancelled, students will be notified by email or phone call.
