At approximately 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, an officer with the Adairsville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 2002 Saturn for a traffic violation. Upon talking with the occupants, the officer smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and a probable cause search was then conducted on the vehicle.

While talking with the passenger, later identified as Shianne Destiny Miller, age 21, of Fairmount, the officer noticed a large bulge in her pants in the area of her left thigh. Miller was instructed to pull the item out and hand it to the officer. Miller pulled out a small draw string bag and handed it to the officer. Upon opening the bag, the officer located a clear plastic bag containing 50 ecstasy pills and approximately 10.7 grams of marijuana.

Miller was transported to the Bartow County Jail where a female jailer searched Miller again and located a clear plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of cocaine in her bra. Miller was subsequently charged with V.G.C.S.A. possession of ecstasy, V.G.C.S.A. possession of marijuana less than one ounce and V.G.C.S.A. possession of cocaine.
