Remington announced Thursday it will move two weapons lines to its new Huntsville facility, including one that produces a semi-automatic rifle that is no longer legal for the company to sell in New York without modifications.

The company announced Thursday it will relocate its Bushmaster and R1 handgun lines to Huntsville. The move comes just three months after the arms manufacturerannounced it is opening a new production facility in Alabama. At the time, Remington officials only said it would be locating some production in Huntsville but did not detail which lines would be moved.
